Production of electronic boards, in small, medium and big series, also for third parties, in PTM and SMD technologies.

The production of TCL elettronica can be divided into two types:

- SAMPLING AND LIMITED PRODUCTION (up to 30 pcs)
- MASS PRODUCTION (over 50 pcs per batch)

In both cases production may follow internal or external designing or may be for a third party.

Every production step is processed carefully ensuring traceability of the finished product by labelling and by issuing a relative product certificate or, when required, a testing certificate.

Certain activities of the customers can be outsourced to TCL elettronica.

The outsourcing solution is based on a partnership between TCL and the customer and represents an effective solution to increase flexibility by delegating the management of minor operations as production of electronic boards and underassemblies to TCL elettronica which offers experience, efficiency and know-how in this field.
