Consulting for the certification of products, tests for electro-magnetic compatibility with the aim to obtain CE marking of conformity. Service to stock electrical components for longer periods in a controlled environment under controlled conditions. CERTIFICATION TCL's task does not stop at the execution of the appointed project but the company commits to supplying the necessary assistance in order to obtain the relative certificates and the CE marking of the products. TCL elettronica carries out tests for electromagnetic compatibility and electric safety on electric and electronic equipments for home and industrial use. These tests are made according to most common European directives (e.g. 73/23/CEE, 89/336/CEE, 89/392/CEE) and in compliance with the applicable international standards. Besides this TCL provides assistance for product certifications, covered by directive ref. n° 94/9/CEE concerning electric equipments which are not meant for explosive atmospheres. LOTECS SERVICE Long TErm Component Stocking One of TCL's services, given the company's nature, is to stock components for longer periods in controlled environments under controlled conditions. TCL is able to offer its customers the possibility to stock components in a storage room in TCL's premises with constant temperature and humidity (20°C +/- 2°C, RH 40% +/- 5%). This new service is made indispensable for the perfect conservation of those parts subject to degradation of the surface which consequently have to welded (smd components, printed circuits boards, ecc) but also for those part which are difficult to obtain. This method of stocking is also indicated for components conform with directive 2002/95/CE (RoHS) which result to be particularly sensitive to oxidation agents. Elements sensible to oxidation can be kept under vacuum. The conservation process is conform with Norm CLC/TS 50466 and is effected after specific customer request following a purchasing order and delivery program but can also be offered for parts already in the customer's possession.
